  On Tuesday morning i opted for a subway Megha melt as I had a coupon that state's if I was to buy a drink then I would get the sandwich for free. A female representative then told me that I have to pay 30p extra for salad! As I had never heard of this before I questioned her point of view. For her then to say "okay, I will not charge"
  
  As I understand it she had charge me £1.70p for a hot drink and wanted to make it £2 as she did not know how to input the coupon on the till.
  
  A period of time passed. I suggest that she should serve the next customer. I was then demanded to pay " You need to pay now" £2 was the bill. I stated that it didn't cost that much for a drink with a smile on my face, she demanded payment again. I reminded her that I am a customer and that I didn't need to do anything. In the next breath I was told that I was being rude and that I was unhappy, then I was told that there is a 50p charge for the use of my card which I completely understand. But then to be charged £2.50.
  
  From this confusion. I asked her name the managers name and for my coupon as this level of customer service was unsatisfactory.
  
  I managed to get the coupon back but nothing else.

  One of the Very best halal subway ever. Very friendly service, friendly and professional staff specially their store manager. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this place for takeway and dine in.
